At Layora, many of our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, created especially for you.

1. Custom & Print-on-Demand Items

Because custom items are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized products, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Printed incorrectly

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Custom Items

If applicable:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
